Terms and Conditions
Pick up and drop off
I understand that it is my responsibility to schedule a pick up and drop off time at a mutually agreed upon location
I understand that at least half of the balance of the final product is due at the time of drop off and the final balance thereafter is due at pick up
I understand that it is my responsibility to communicate any design requests before dropping my flowers off
The process
I understand that flowers will be pressed in the condition that they are received and any flowers deemed unsuitable will not be included in the frame
I understand that, given the nature of pressing flowers, that some flowers may not be included due to their thickness or inability to be pressed.
I understand that, due to the size of the frame I choose, not all flowers may be included
I understand that bouquets of all white are likely to discolor and/or brown over time.
I understand that during the drying process, colors are likely to change from their original state (ex. pinks may turn lavender, reds may turn maroon, whites may turn yellow/brown, oranges may turn peach/cream, and other general fading may occur)
I understand that Wallflower Designs will communicate with me via email, Facebook, or Instagram regarding the condition and status of the product, unless another communication method is agreed upon.
I understand that, besides any comments/customizations made in the initial order, the artist has creative freedom to design a frame she thinks looks best, and I trust her to do so.
I understand that, unless requested in initial order to get packaged and returned, any unused flowers/items from my bouquet become property of Wallflower Designs
I understand that the typical turnaround time is around 6 weeks. This timeline is subject to change depending on volume of orders, time of year, etc.
Final Product
I understand that when the frame is dropped off and is in my possession, the product becomes “as is” and is non returnable or refundable.
I understand that in the unlikely event that a damage occurs, it no longer falls under Wallflower Design’s responsibility once the frame is in my possession. However, they are more than happy to help problem solve and offer solutions.
I understand that Wallflower designs has the right to photograph my product to display on their webstie/social media. They will ask permission to use photos of my original bouquet (not taken by them) or photos of my wedding and/or photos of how I styled my frame.
